Because we know how important it is for you to receive your Equip products promptly, we aim to dispatch all orders placed before 2pm on the same working day. Most orders are delivered within 24 hours, occasionally within 48 hours.

You’ll receive updates through the website at each stage of the process. Orders placed outside normal working hours or over the weekend may still be packed during those times. If we can get your parcel to the courier over the weekend, we will — otherwise, it will be sent on the next working day.

Once your parcel leaves us, it’s in the hands of the courier. While unforeseen delays can sometimes occur, we monitor delivery performance closely and will switch courier services when necessary to ensure your supplies reach you as quickly as possible.

You’ll receive tracking information as soon as the shipping label is created, which means your order is boxed, securely packed, and awaiting its journey to you and you can track its progress directly via the couriers online tracking service.
